DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure alongside on-premises OpenShift environments.
• Continuously improve tools and processes used by the R&D team to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Provide R&D and Production teams with robust, reliable tools to ensure smooth workflows.
• Research and explore new technologies and methodologies to improve development processes and product quality.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to mitigate issues and maintain system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting using Python and Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes in both development and production environments.
• Experience writing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of configuration management and deployment tools such as Argo, Helm, and HelmFile.
• Experience with FinOps and major cloud providers (Azure is a plus).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to production sensitivity.
