What you will do

• Develop and continuously evolve the RDC real estate strategy and transaction pipelines.
• Optimize portfolio performance, focusing on cost, utilization, and risk.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from site selection to lease negotiation and exit.
• Implement data governance and reporting aligned with the ONE Data strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Finance and Operations to build executive-level business cases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, infrastructure, or portfolio management.
• Proven track record of managing global real estate portfolios and transactions.
• Experience working with third-party service providers such as JLL or Cushman & Wakefield.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build complex business cases.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City
