What you will do

• Analyze and strategically process complex medical and scientific content and data.
• Support the development of medical and scientific concepts and advise on content strategies in national and international contexts.
• Create factually accurate medical content in German and English for healthcare professionals, patients, media, and the general public.
• Develop content for medical education, healthcare professional marketing, media relations, social media, and professional or public communities.
• Collaborate with consultants, creatives, digital experts, international colleagues, clients, and scientific thought leaders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare communications, medical communications, or a healthcare PR agency environment.
• Master’s degree in a scientific or medical field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• Extensive experience in scientific communications within an agency or pharmaceutical industry environment.
• Proven experience in medical writing and medical education.
• Excellent written and spoken German and business-level English are required.
• Independent, results-oriented working style with strong writing and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical consulting, healthcare professional marketing, commercial healthcare communications, or journalistic work.
• Experience working with clients and scientific thought leaders.
• Ph.D. in a scientific or medical discipline.
