What you will do

• Control component movements and ensure availability per contractual terms.
• Coordinate worldwide logistics activities and track shipments for critical parts.
• Procure urgently needed aircraft spare parts via Purchase, Repair, Loan, and Exchange orders.
• Communicate status updates to Maintenance Control, planners, and external suppliers.
• Ensure material availability for open Work Orders, specifically focusing on MEL requests.
• Represent the AOG Desk team in production meetings and provide alternative logistics plans.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in Budapest.
• Ability to work in shifts (day and night).
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics.
• 0.5–1 year of business administration background.
