What you will do

• Lead stylized character art projects and oversee team output quality.
• Organize team workflows and manage specific project tasks.
• Create technical specifications and style guides for the art team.
• Provide constructive feedback and solve artistic or technical problems.
• Develop high-poly and low-poly stylized character models based on concepts.
• Handle UV mapping, texture baking, and stylized texturing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Lead role within 3D character art.
• Expertise in Zbrush, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer.
• Strong proficiency in SubD modeling using Max or Maya.
• Deep understanding of human anatomy and character topology for animation.
• Ability to create efficient UV mapping and texture baking.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) level required.
