What you will do
- Lead the Applications Delivery organization and ensure operational excellence, application stability, continuous improvement, and successful technology initiative delivery.
- Manage multifunctional SAP teams covering functional, technical, Basis, integration, support, and application management activities.
- Lead regional teams and initiatives across Latin America, ensuring collaboration, standardization, and consistent execution.
- Manage Technology and Business stakeholder relationships and align priorities, expectations, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead the SAP Competence Center and establish governance, operating standards, best practices, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage the application portfolio, PMO practices, strategic vendors, budgets, risks, service levels, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, engineering, business administration, computer and information science, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications in complex corporate environments.
- Strong experience with SAP application management, support, evolution, project delivery, and Competence Center governance.
- Experience leading multifunctional SAP teams and regional operations across Latin America.
- Experience with PMO, project portfolio management, large-scale technology programs, Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Portuguese at native or fluent level, plus fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a related area.
