What you will do

• Develop and execute localized B2B marketing strategies for Japan aligned with global objectives.
• Collaborate with the Growth department to generate qualified leads and identify customer success stories.
• Plan and manage regional marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Adapt global marketing content and create region-specific materials for the Japanese audience.
• Analyze campaign performance data across Japanese channels to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the Japanese landscape.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Japanese: Proficiency required.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with remote cross-functional teams.
• Experience in analyzing marketing data to derive strategic insights.
