Local HRBP - Vietnam

Location: Vietnam; onsite work arrangement.

Salary: 700,000 VND

What you will do

• Provide operational and strategic HR support to employees and managers on local employment matters and global mobility topics.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, employment agreements, conflicts, and workplace-related issues.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies, facilitate staffing, and support the establishment and growth of the local organization.
• Manage immigration-related matters, including salary data, work permits, visas, and business travel requirements.
• Coordinate with Regional HR Business Partners, external payroll providers, HSE, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of local employment legislation, HR regulations, and labor law requirements.
• Experience managing HR policies, procedures, employment documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation reviews, and payroll-related coordination.
• Understanding of work permits, visas, immigration matters, and business travel compliance.
• Ability to align local HR practices with global frameworks and business objectives.
