What you will do

• Manage hirify.global's presence on X to establish a distinctive and trusted brand voice.
• Produce daily high-impact content including posts, threads, memes, and real-time reactions.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen community and partner relationships.
• Coordinate social media coverage for product launches to drive community engagement.
• Monitor emerging narratives and competitors to identify growth opportunities early.
• Create simple video tutorials and walkthroughs to improve user onboarding and experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating content and managing social media for crypto or Web3 brands.
• Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, its builders, and Crypto Twitter culture.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content rapidly.
• Proven track record of growing communities through authentic conversation.
• Confidence in presenting on camera and creating social-first video content.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and conversations.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for faster and smarter content creation.
• Basic design skills for creating simple social media assets.
• Existing personal presence or following within the crypto ecosystem.
