What you will do

• Support KYB/KYC and AML processes for onboarding and ongoing review of clients, merchants, and partners.
• Review customer profiles, documentation, and beneficial ownership structures as part of due diligence.
• Monitor transactions and operations for AML, fraud, and compliance risks.
• Prepare regulatory filings and reports for authorities like the Bulgarian National Bank and SANS.
• Draft and coordinate contracts with clients, merchants, and suppliers.
• Provide practical legal support on commercial, regulatory, and consumer matters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law and acquired legal capacity.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in legal support, compliance, or AML/KYC/KYB.
• Excellent Bulgarian and good working command of English.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian and EU AML/CTF requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
