The project is focused on developing and evolving scalable distributed systems with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
📌 Must-haves
-5+ years commercial development, including 3+ years with Go in production.
-Higher education in Computer Science (or related).
-Hands-on AI experience: implementing/configuring AI within a team.
-Fintech/banking domain experience with complex integrations.
-Strong Golang skills (concurrency) for high-volume insurance transactions (policy issuance, claims, premium calculations).
-Docker in regulated/enterprise environments.
-Solid PostgreSQL: modeling policy/claims data, audit trails, historical records.
-RabbitMQ or Kafka for event-driven workflows with reliable delivery.
-gRPC/REST APIs and integrations with core insurance/third-party services (KYC, risk scoring, payments).
-Strong backend testing, especially for monetary calculations and claims/premium accuracy.
-Grafana/Prometheus for monitoring SLA-critical flows (claims, payments).
-Proven resilient, fault-tolerant Go apps (idempotency, data consistency for financial transactions).
-English: Upper-Intermediate or above.
