What you will do

• Lead high-level incident resolution and root cause analysis for escalated tickets from L1 and L2 teams.
• Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking, and virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain enterprise backup and recovery strategies, including offsite replication and periodic restore drills.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and security hardening for enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant IT administration experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong background in system administration and network engineering.
• Practical experience managing VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles.
• Must be based in or relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
• Proven ability to lead end-user support with structured processes.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher) and proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with JAMF Pro for Apple ecosystem and Intune for Windows management.
• Experience with network monitoring, alerting systems, or working with network integrators.
• Familiarity with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
