What you will do

• Process dispute related transactions via Visa and MasterCard platforms.
• Review card transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity and patterns.
• Investigate alerts and take immediate action to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customer support teams to resolve dispute requests.
• Maintain detailed investigation records and comprehensive case outcomes.
• Analyze and improve existing fraud strategies to enhance detection capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking operations department.
• English and French: C1 level (Excellent) required.
• Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations (strong asset).
• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stress and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Capability to work effectively within a team environment.
