What you will do
- Process dispute related transactions via Visa and MasterCard platforms.
- Review card transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity and patterns.
- Investigate alerts and take immediate action to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal customer support teams to resolve dispute requests.
- Maintain detailed investigation records and comprehensive case outcomes.
- Analyze and improve existing fraud strategies to enhance detection capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking operations department.
- English and French: C1 level (Excellent) required.
- Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations (strong asset).
- Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stress and handle high volumes of transactions.
- Capability to work effectively within a team environment.
