What you will do

• Manage 3PL providers to ensure flawless warehouse operations and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives across logistics facilities.
• Lead the Field Service Hub (FSH) team, focusing on professional development and operational excellence.
• Drive infrastructure changes and implement WMS to ensure warehouses remain fit for purpose.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes, roles, and responsibilities across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics within the high-tech industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership and people development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency with SAP, LEAN methodologies, and WMS implementations.
• Proven track record in project management and managing 3PLs.
• Availability for 40% travel between the office and FTZ warehouses.
