Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. Must be based in the Czech Republic or possess valid sponsorship to live and work there.

What you will do
- Design and develop test automation frameworks and microservices using Serenity, Cucumber, and Pact.
- Build AI-powered tools to measure test suite effectiveness and integrate testing infrastructure with AI agents.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD testing stages utilizing GitHub Workflows and ArgoWorkflows.
- Lead complex technical initiatives from ideation to delivery, including prioritization and roadmap shaping.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to drive the adoption of the test automation strategy.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of software development experience with a strong grasp of QA processes.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic or have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
- Hands-on fluency with AI coding assistants and experience building AI-driven tooling.
- Proficiency with frameworks such as Serenity, Cucumber, Pact, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and containerization (Docker).
- Ability to lead technical delivery and onboard other teams to new technologies.
