QA Engineer

QA Engineer (Software Testing): Performing functional and exploratory testing of data resilience and security products with an accent on real usage scenarios and system stability. Focus on analyzing software requirements, conducting complex experiments, and identifying flaws in Windows and Linux environments.

Location: Hybrid in Prague. Applicants must be permanently based in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of products, technologies, and the QA profession.
• Analyze software requirements to design and execute test plans.
• Perform functional and exploratory testing of one or more hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with various participants in the product development process.
• Evaluate test results and maintain the defects database.

Requirements

• Technical education background or a strong passion for technology.
• 1–2 years of experience in software testing, system administration, or software development.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Good understanding of networking technologies and systems (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• English: B2 proficiency sufficient for daily communication within international teams.
• Must be permanently present in the Czech Republic.
