What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries and issues across email, chat, and voice channels.

• Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2 or supervisors according to standard procedures.

Requirements

• Portuguese: C1+ proficiency required
• English: B2+ proficiency required
• At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles such as translation or localization.
• Diploma in finance, customer service, linguistics, or a related field.
• Willingness to work a 24x7 schedule.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have
