What you will do

• Lead content strategy and operations across hirify.global Home Lock, Spaces, and Expressions.
• Drive publishing automation and utilize AI tools for high-volume, high-quality content creation.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning timelines, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with external publishers and design teams to source and scale market-appropriate content.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize the content mix.
• Mentor junior editors and ensure adherence to editorial and PR regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of editorial content experience in digital media or a content platform.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Business-level proficiency or above in English.
• Proven experience in content automation and AIGC (AI-generated content) creation.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of editorial/PR regulations and media platform landscapes.
