What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Robot Framework.
• Design and execute automated test scenarios, including test data preparation and data handling automation.
• Run automated regression tests within Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API testing and continuously expand automated test coverage.
• Optimize testing and delivery workflows using AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data users, and solution architects to address business needs.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in quality assurance, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-oriented environments.
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warsaw offices.
