What you will do

• Manage and maintain VMware-based virtualization infrastructure across 10+ global data centers.
• Own the virtualization lifecycle, including planning upgrades, patch management, and configuration optimization.
• Collaborate with storage, networking, and operations teams to deliver high-performing compute services.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot complex virtualization issues proactively.
• Implement storage integrations with UCS and manage configuration standards.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting production infrastructure environments.
• Strong practical expertise with VMware virtualization and configuration management.
• Experience with enterprise hardware vendors and storage integration with UCS.
• Knowledge of RAID levels, thin/thick provisioning, deduplication, and replication.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) communication skills.
