What you will do

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from research and design to deployment.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and complex system integrations.
• Conduct technical analysis and design for application modules and databases.
• Ensure all code complies with established architecture and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams through workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Work in a hybrid environment reporting to the Head of Software Development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design, and application support.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and modern frontend technologies including Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with CodeIgniter and MVC architecture.
• Understanding of security principles like OWASP Top Ten.
• Experience with automated testing tools like xUnit.
