What you will do

• Build and scale next-generation authorization frameworks and access control systems.
• Develop distributed data security models to protect millions of users worldwide.
• Own complex features end-to-end, writing high-quality critical path code.
• Collaborate on system design to ensure robust, performant, and secure global infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations and mentor associate engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with Java, Go, or Scala.
• Proficiency in algorithmic thinking using distributed data structures, trees, and graphs.
• Experience with API development (RESTful, gRPC) and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases in multi-tenant public cloud environments.
• Familiarity with security concepts such as authentication, privacy, and access management.
• Experience working with or building AI Agents.
