What you will do

• Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets using AI tools and agentic workflows as the primary production method.
• Apply creative judgment to ensure story, pacing, composition, and typography meet high industry standards.
• Drive design files and video rendering programmatically through tools like Figma MCP, Remotion, and ffmpeg.
• Perform critical QA on all AI-generated outputs to ensure brand safety and adherence to project specifications.
• Improve production workflows by encoding successful methods into reusable skills for the wider team.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication in a remote, international environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Turkey and able to work Pacific Time hours.
• Demonstrable craft in video editing, motion design, or static design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with professional creative tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma.
• Proven ability to direct AI agents and use programmatic tools like Remotion or ffmpeg in a production environment.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design and improve repeatable production flows.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at speed.
