What you will do
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows for marketing and business development.
- Manage the full content publishing operation, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and newsletter dispatch.
- Develop automations to eliminate manual tasks using agentic platforms and API integrations.
- Coordinate video production timelines and ensure asset quality against strategic briefs.
- Brief and oversee external paid-ads specialists, focusing on lead quality and tracking performance.
- Create and maintain automated weekly performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Must be based in European time zones for effective collaboration.
- Proven AI-native proficiency with hands-on experience in agentic platforms like n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment owning end-to-end outcomes.
- Strong background in content operations and multi-channel publishing workflows.
- Ability to build marketing automations independently without engineering support.
- Business-level English proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- German language skills for content quality checking.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
- Skills in short-form video production and thumbnail creation.
- Experience using LLM APIs for marketing automation.
