What you will do

• Deliver polished video, motion, and static assets using AI tools and agentic workflows as the default production method.
• Direct AI agents through connectors like Figma MCP and assemble video programmatically using Remotion and ffmpeg.
• Apply creative judgment to story, pacing, composition, and typography to ensure assets are on-brand.
• Perform rigorous QA on AI-touched content to ensure it is error-free and adheres to brand safety and rights.
• Encode successful production methods into reusable skills and workflows for the wider team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Egypt.
• Demonstrable craft in video editing, motion, or static design with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents and programmatic tools (Figma MCP, Remotion, ffmpeg, etc.) in real creative work.
• Proficiency with professional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Clear written English communication and strong async habits for international teamwork.
• Systems-thinking approach to repeatable production flows and high ownership of deliverables.
