What you will do

• Translate central commercial strategy into effective market execution across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
• Drive growth of Spark and Power partner aggregation networks by identifying and closing coverage gaps.
• Advise regional leadership on go-to-market plans and partner prioritization.
• Monitor aggregation performance and track key commercial KPIs for senior stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on regulatory developments across EMEAA jurisdictions.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and regional business reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or partnerships, ideally within iGaming or gambling.
• Demonstrated experience with content aggregation platforms and B2B partnership models.
• Strong understanding of the regulated gaming landscape in EMEAA, specifically in the UK, Malta, Italy, and Spain.
• Ability to travel internationally across the EMEAA region as required.
• English: Fluency (C1) required.
