TL;DR

Senior Consultant (Property & Rating) (TechnologyOne CiA): Implementing and optimizing Property & Rating solutions for local councils with an accent on revenue and rating processes, BPA workflows, and DocOne outputs. Focus on solving complex data reconciliation issues, facilitating system-driven solution workshops, and managing end-to-end data migrations.

Location: Hybrid (Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane or New Zealand). Travel required for workshops and client engagement.

What you will do

• Deliver and support Property & Rating implementations, upgrades, and enhancements within TechnologyOne CiA.
• Configure and optimize P&R areas including valuations, property lifecycle, rating structures, and billing cycles.
• Facilitate workshops to analyze current processes and shape improved system-driven solutions.
• Build and support BPA workflows in CiAnywhere to improve automation and control.
• Configure and maintain DocOne outputs for accurate customer communications.
• Manage ETL processes, data migrations, and validation activities to ensure data reliability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Rates SME, senior end user, or system administrator within TechnologyOne Property & Rating.
• TechnologyOne CiAnywhere (CiA) experience is essential.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end rates lifecycle, including levies, charges, and annual billing cycles.
• Proven ability to build or support BPA workflows in CiAnywhere.
• Experience working with ETLs, data processes, and DocOne configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills regarding P&R data.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to Ci to CiAnywhere (CiA) upgrades.
• Exposure to TechnologyOne SaaS+ environments.
• Understanding of the underlying data architecture behind the software.
