What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting cycle for Engineering, G&A, Sales, and Operations functions across Europe.
• Source and identify passive candidates using data-driven ROI tracking.
• Partner with local business leaders and recruiting leadership to attract and close top talent.
• Track and communicate candidate pipelines, funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives at scale.
• Drive employer branding efforts across the European region.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with mandatory in-house experience.
• Proven track record of recruiting for sales, engineering, and corporate functions.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar CRMs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with relationship management and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-changing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Nice to have

• Experience with agency recruitment.
• Background in logistics or supply chain recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
