What you will do

• Own and improve the on-call experience by establishing best practices and building supporting platforms.
• Design and implement software to streamline incident response processes.
• Contribute to company-wide post-mortem processes and facilitate incident reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members through design reviews and problem-solving.
• Train on-callers in incident management and post-mortem best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements in reliability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building software and designing technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Go and Python, with familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience operating distributed systems and working with Kubernetes.
• Strong background in incident analysis, on-call rotations, and improving response processes.
• English proficiency required for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction without formal authority.
