Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AI Search)

Location: Paris, France; available as fully remote, hybrid-remote, or office-based in Paris.

Annual base salary: €70,000–€97,000 EUR.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and development of Search and Indexing systems for NeuralSearch.
• Operate cloud-based Search systems, including participation in an out-of-hours on-call rotation.
• Ensure system quality, soundness, scalability, and operational reliability.
• Apply expertise in distributed systems to complex architecture and production challenges.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact issues.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
• Experience working with large datasets and high traffic.
• Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment with substantial internal infrastructure development.
• Experience with Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go.
