What you will do

• Oversee the global promotion process, with a primary focus on driving the 2026/2027 senior promotion cycle.
• Drive strategic talent initiatives, including internal mobility and the internal talent marketplace.
• Lead and actively participate in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing unit.
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an impactful talent strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure excellence in the delivery of the overall talent management journey.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in human capital consulting or HR project roles specifically within the financial industry.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility, and talent marketplace systems.
• Proficiency in Workday and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally VBA).
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
