What you will do

• Configure, launch, and analyze advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Conduct research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere.
• Monitor campaign performance to identify causes of deviations and opportunities for growth.
• Generate creative ideas for new advertising campaigns.
• Prepare technical tasks for the creative and content teams.
• Review advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• English: Intermediate+ level or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Relevant certifications from Meta, Google Ads, or Google Analytics.
• Experience with other paid acquisition channels like TikTok, Snapchat, or Reddit.
