Surveillance Team Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and manage the daily activities of Surveillance Officers, including coaching and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate team coverage and shift execution to ensure smooth surveillance operations.
• Monitor live casino operations via CCTV systems to safeguard game integrity and prevent losses.
• Review incident reports and conduct investigations into operational irregularities or procedural breaches.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate team documentation, attendance records, and operational logs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in surveillance, gaming operations, security, or customer operations.
• Proven experience in a senior team member, shift lead, or team leader role.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Birkirkara, Malta

Nice to have

• Experience within Live Casino, Online Gaming, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with CCTV or surveillance monitoring systems.
• Basic understanding of incident reporting and operational compliance.
