TL;DR
Performance & Reward Expert (HR): Leading global compensation and benefits projects and implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive with an accent on job architecture and gender pay gap analysis. Focus on harmonizing global reward frameworks, performing market benchmarking, and advising P&C stakeholders on reward policies.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid - home office possible 2 days a week)
Salary: From 3,200 EUR/month (gross)

What you will do
- Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning.
- Drive the harmonisation and governance of the Mercer-based global job architecture.
- Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, and market benchmarking through modelling and tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics and policy improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a global environment.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale reward projects such as pay equity or job architecture.
- Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices.
- Experience with job evaluation frameworks (Mercer IPE is an advantage).
- Advanced analytical skills in Excel modelling and data reconciliation.
- Very good English proficiency.
