Part-time Student HR Payroll Assistant (Automotive): Supporting Regional Payroll Specialists through payroll administration, HR systems management, attendance tracking, and employee documentation with an accent on accuracy, reporting, and communication. Focus on administering Workday and other HR databases, supporting tax reconciliation and leave documentation, and coordinating with employees, HR teams, and local authorities.

Location: Bratislava Business Centre, Slovakia. Hybrid work is available, with remote work for up to 3 days per week.

Salary: €6 per hour.

What you will do

  • Support Regional Payroll Specialists with payroll administration and document archiving.
  • Administer HR systems, databases, and attendance systems, including Workday and SharePoint.
  • Process sickness and maternity leave documentation.
  • Support annual tax reconciliation by coordinating employee signatures and processing preparation.
  • Prepare reports in MS Excel and organize meetings and international calls.
  • Communicate with HR teams, employees, and local authorities.

Requirements

  • Be a third- or fourth-year university student with an economic focus.
  • English at B2 level is required.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week for an extended period, including the coming year.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
