Line Technician (Engineering)

What you will do

• Perform hardware and recipe changeovers for automated Power devices handlers and testers.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting to minimize MTTR and maximize OEE.
• Manage signal integrity and communication between power testers and high-volume handlers.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laser marking systems for precise device tracking and alignment.
• Partner with Test and Quality Engineers to investigate reject rates and optimize re-test processes.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and generate shift pass-down reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Associate or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
