What you will do

• Identify and drive high-impact ML/AI opportunities across Productivity user journeys.
• Toolify existing functionality to enable LLMs and agents to complete real user tasks.
• Partner with product and design teams to shape the AI strategy for the Productivity group.
• Establish technical patterns and standards for applying and shipping ML/AI at scale.
• Mentor engineers and raise the craft of applied ML engineering across the organization.
• Translate user needs and product roadmaps into actionable ML/AI priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia for remote or hybrid work.
• Hands-on experience applying ML/AI to real product problems in production.
• Ability to own technical direction and strategy without needing constant guidance.
• Pragmatic approach to shipping and iterating on AI features.
• Experience influencing roadmaps and working effectively across cross-functional teams.
