Salary: €6,310 – €9,470 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the CEO's top strategic priorities, converting intent into actionable plans and decisions.
• Personally drive 2–3 flagship cross-functional initiatives as the primary owner, executing the work directly.
• Source and scope new strategic partnerships and business development opportunities, representing the company externally.
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, communicating their thinking and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid).
• Proven track record of hands-on execution and personally delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong background in finance or analytics; remittance/fintech domain expertise is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and structure loosely defined priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the credibility to engage with board members and investors.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate problem-solving and streamline workflows.
