Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: £100,000–£140,000 + Profit Share + Bonus

What you will do

• Own day-to-day trading operations and operational performance.
• Oversee execution workflows, capital allocation, reporting, and operational controls.
• Drive process improvement across trading, research, and technology.
• Lead operational risk management and business continuity.
• Coordinate across traders, engineers, researchers, and external partners.
• Build the operational infrastructure needed for the next stage of growth.

Requirements

• Experience in proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, or quantitative/systematic trading environments.
• Strong understanding of trading operations, execution, and operational risk.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional operational judgement and hands-on approach to building, improving, and scaling processes.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
