Cloud Security Engineer (Azure/GCP)

What you will do

• Oversee cloud security governance and monitoring across Azure and Google Cloud environments.
• Maintain Cloud Security Posture Management and cloud-native security controls.
• Conduct security reviews, identify vulnerabilities and missing controls, and recommend remediation.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, development, and GRC teams as a cloud security subject-matter expert.
• Develop security documentation, recommendations, and best practices.
• Participate in potential security incident investigations and automate security-related tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical security role.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of CSPM and DSPM solutions, cloud architecture, managed services, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, serverless technologies, and code or artifact repositories.
• Broad IT and enterprise architecture knowledge, including TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, Windows/Linux, web servers, and database servers.
• Basic Python or Shell scripting skills, basic AI knowledge, and effective spoken and written English communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS cloud.
• Relevant security, systems, or networking certifications.
• Hands-on experience with modern application development approaches.
