QA Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Sportyvna Square, 1a, Kyiv, Ukraine; onsite office near Palats Sportu metro station

What you will do

• Participate in the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, system testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Analyze business and system requirements and create comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, test reports, and test automation initiatives.
• Perform manual, regression, API, and integration testing of web-based applications and services.
• Monitor system performance, investigate issues using logging and monitoring tools, and identify project risks.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, project managers, and QA colleagues to support successful releases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, WebSocket technologies, logging and monitoring systems, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
• Understanding of software development processes, the software development lifecycle, Agile, and Scrum.
• Confident spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice-based architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems.
• Background in the gambling or gaming industry.
• Quality Assurance certification such as ISTQB.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
