Program Security Representative (PSR) III (Security): Provide multi-discipline security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs) with an accent on day-to-day analysis for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. Focus on ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD/SAP policies, conducting facility compliance reviews, and identifying vulnerabilities, threats, and risks while leading and mentoring team members.

Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite Workplace)

Salary: $137,870 - $186,530

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support and analysis for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop, implement, and train Operations Security procedures; continuously assess procedures to identify shortfalls and recommend improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks for test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs; monitor and track corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and provide oversight of team members, including briefing government and senior civilian personnel on security topics.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of related experience
• 2+ years SAP experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Travel required: 10–25%
