Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid UA channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Design and analyze structured experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and new acquisition levers.
- Build and optimize campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition, engagement, and long-term revenue growth.
- Partner with Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop high-impact acquisition strategies.
- Evaluate channel performance with a focus on incrementality, true lift, and business outcomes.
- Develop repeatable testing frameworks and playbooks to compound growth over time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one paid acquisition channel.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure incrementality.
- Experience designing structured testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks.
- Must be based in San Francisco to work on-site.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer technology, mobile apps, subscriptions, gaming, or entertainment.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution and performance measurement tools.
