• Support the project team with ground-level implementation of the Inclusive Rural Development and Sustainable Agriculture project.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy of Georgia 2021-2027.
• Mobilize and collaborate directly with rural communities and farmers.
• Work to increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector in the region.
• Enhance the inclusiveness of rural development policies.

Requirements

• University degree in agriculture, economy, public policy, international development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobilizing and working with rural communities and farmers.
• Knowledge of agricultural production methods.
• Strong results focus.
• Must be based in Georgia to perform activities on the ground.
