Senior Project Manager - Construction Fit Out (Nordics) (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead data center project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality to ensure alignment with business objectives and design intent.
• Coordinate and lead MEP and CSA discipline project management to ensure seamless package integration.
• Maintain oversight of project budgets and schedules, reporting progress and highlighting key risks.
• Collaborate with general contractors to manage local construction capabilities and resource planning.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, specifically in data center developments and fit-out works.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in Finland or Norway.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects integrating TCS loop liquid cooling networks.
