What you will do

• Support IT teams with documentation of technical solutions and maintain development artifacts/knowledge repositories.
• Assist in coordinating development activities and releases.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases; validate functionality and document findings.
• Report and track defects and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support PMO tasks: project tracking, reporting, meeting minutes, dashboards/presentations, and follow-up on action items.
• Help maintain project plans, risk registers, and delivery milestones.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Slovak university in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strong organization.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Previous internship or project experience in IT.
• Interest in software testing and quality assurance.
