Game Director

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world except Russia and Belarus

Overview

Lead the operating strategy and create world-class hits for top mobile match-3 and casual games. Work with innovative product solutions and manage game design teams.

What you will do

• Develop new events and features for match-3 games to maintain market leadership
• Implement ML/AI approaches to personalize gaming experience
• Improve visuals and mechanics of match-3 games
• Invent and implement new end-game mechanics and social interaction layers
• Manage product at soft launch stage and build LiveOps systems

Requirements

• Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and product goal setting
• Understanding of product metrics and ability to build development hypotheses
• Knowledge of mobile gaming market trends
• Experience managing and developing game design teams
• Fluency in Russian is required

Nice to have

• Experience in casual games development (Match-3, Solitaire, Expedition, Merge)
