What you will do
- Design, build, deploy, and operate enterprise collaboration platform services at global scale.
- Develop production-quality software, automation, tooling, and platform services using modern programming languages.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure architectures that improve reliability, performance, observability, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate collaboration services with cloud infrastructure, identity, and security platforms.
- Investigate and resolve complex production incidents across distributed systems, cloud, identity, and collaboration environments.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, lifecycle ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship experience in software development.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of networking, storage, operating systems, and distributed systems.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and developing automation for operational efficiency.
- Experience in a DevOps environment focused on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 experience, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- PowerShell automation and Azure cloud services experience.
- AWS service operations, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience and SharePoint Server administration or migration experience.
