Senior UI/UX Designer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Design UX and UI solutions for existing mobile F2P products.
• Analyze navigation, onboarding, and monetization flows to identify and resolve friction points.
• Create conceptual UX solutions, wireframes, and prototypes for new product scenarios.
• Develop shared UX principles and a scalable design system across company products.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, Art, Development, and Analytics teams.
• Prepare detailed UI specifications and handoff documentation for implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating successful UI/UX concepts for mobile F2P games.
• Professional proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
• Strong understanding of F2P systems, including FTUE, core/meta loops, IAP, and rewarded ads.
• Experience with casual, puzzle, merge, or similar mobile game genres.
• English: Proficiency sufficient for day-to-day communication and documentation (B2+).
• Senior-level ability to take ownership of the design process through to implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity UI, adaptive layouts, and device fragmentation.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics collaboration.
• Experience with full interface redesigns of live products.
• Familiarity with localization and safe area constraints.
