What you will do

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and team effectiveness.
• Advise on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning during growth periods.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Design and implement people processes such as performance reviews, feedback cycles, and PDPs.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and workplace matters.
• Analyze people metrics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Proven track record of working closely with managers and leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing HR processes in a fast-paced product environment.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
